Founder
Donald is a seasoned entrepreneur who founded, built, and sold a U.S.-based call center serving more than 1,300 clients—his fourth successful exit across different industries. Afterward, he consulted for private equity firms, call center operators, and up-and-coming entrepreneurs before launching Call Canna in 2022
Lana Korjenic
Head of Quality Assurance
Lana leads our Quality Assurance team, bringing nearly three years of customer service experience at Call Canna and a solid background in project coordination. Currently pursuing her BA in Financial Management, she’s passionate about streamlining processes, elevating service quality, and driving team performance through clear communication and structured problem-solving
Whitney Clarahan
Head of Sales
With over a decade of experience in the cannabis industry, Whitney has grown alongside its rapid evolution. From budtending to managing grow houses and overseeing multiple dispensaries, Whitney has developed deep expertise in operations, compliance, and industry trends. This breadth of knowledge allows her to deliver solutions tailored to the unique needs of every client.
Benedict Ndoro
Head of Review Management
Benedict launched his career as a freelancer only a few years ago and quickly rose to Senior Agent Manager at SigmaZone Analytics, where he led a team of 50+ across multiple locations. Before joining Call Canna, he served as an Agent Manager at Vondu Virtual, a Canadian managed services firm specializing in top talent from Zimbabwe and East Africa
Amer Omerovic
Agent Manager
Amer brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to our team.
His stint as a Business Development Manager at CITT d.o.o showcased his marketing finesse. Amer’s venture into virtual assistance with One Umbrella Marketing demonstrated his knack for sales and advertising but he has also worked in the Customer Service industry for over 7 years.
Sara Milosevic
Agent Manager
Sara is a communications enthusiast with a background in English and a strong foundation in marketing. She’s passionate about capturing each client’s authentic voice and weaving it into every customer interaction. Believing that no two clients are alike, Sara works to ensure their unique identity shines through while building consistency, trust, and a sense of security for their customers. She’s excited to continue shaping and amplifying those voices with future partners.
Nina Saro
Head of Social
Nina is a rising talent in social media, bringing a unique background in human resources with major Chicago nonprofits and start-ups. She first stepped into the digital space through Vicky Virtual as a virtual assistant, where she built the connections that launched her social media and marketing career. Before joining Call Canna, she worked as a Digital Marketing Assistant at Linx Media, helping companies connect with their ideal customers across multiple online platforms.

Brian Ward
Board Member
Brian is currently the CEO of LeafTrade, a B2B wholesale transactions solution provider in the Cannabis space. Most recently, Brian was CFO at Verano, helping oversee company growth of 300-4,500 employees and an IPO during his tenure.
Shannan Wilson
Board Member
Shannan is currently a Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Rooted Life, a group of mental health housing residences for former addicts and patients struggling with mental health issues. An Aerospace Engineer turned Harvard Business school alum, Shannan was previously the Principal of Alprion Capital Management, a hedge fund focused on Municipal investment.
Steven Weisman
Board Member
Steve Co-Founded Grassroots Cannabis and Windy City Cannabis, with affiliated enterprises spanning 60 dispensaries and seven cultivation and processing facilities across 12 states. Curaleaf acquired Grassroots Cannabis in 2020.
Travis Moyer
Board Member
Travis is currently Chief Legal Officer at Fyllo, a marketing, big data, and compliance company in the Cannabis space. Previously, Travis served as a VP of business development at Curaleaf and helped oversee the legal side of the acquisition of Grassroots Cannabis, where he served as VP of legal at the time.
Chris Jeffrey
Board Member
Chris Jeffrey is a partner at Baker Tilly, the largest CPA firm in the country that also works with the Cannabis industry. In his role as a Partner, Chris oversees the Cannabis arm.
Jeff Wissink
Board Member
Jeff Wissink is a strategy, operations and technology professional with over three decades of experience as a C-suite executive, business founder, and management consultant. He has also spent significant time designing, implementing and optimizing contact centers – helping those functions scale efficiently with growth, improve service levels, and reduce cost as a percentage of revenue. He has also been a cannabis operator.
